Survey & ordering

Survey and ordering. Should you wish to proceed with the order, we will require your written confirmation along with a deposit of 10%. On receiving this confirmation and payment we will book production capacity and secure a date for your delivery. We will then contact you to arrange for a site survey of your windows and doors. The purpose of this being to ensure that dimensions are correct and that there is full clarity on both sides as to the scope of the project. It is important to point out that following receipt of deposit, any part of an order can be changed as we allow a period of time for checking all details prior to windows being placed into production.

Order clarification. Following the site survey and discussions with you, we will raise an order confirmation which will specify the dimensions, external finishes, glass types, opening functions etc. for each window/door type. If you are happy to proceed, we simply require you to sign the order confirmation and return it to us at which point we can commence the manufacturing process.

Payment
10% on accepting quote and booking capacity.
30% on signing the order confirmation.
30% to be paid the week before windows are to be delivered to your site.
30% on completion of installation.
